Vision

We work together towards outstanding institutional performance to enhance efficiency, deepen effectiveness, and prepare individuals who are strong in knowledge and skills, and trustworthy in behavior and commitment.

To achieve this vision and make the institute the strongest recognized scientific and professional reference by relevant Arab, regional, and international organizations in all matters related to best professional practices based on scientific evidence and aligned with the international sustainable development goals (2030). Furthermore, to make the institute a distinguished Arab center of expertise in advancing the level of exceptional services with global standards of quality, safety, and security across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Arab world, and the Eastern Mediterranean region.

To achieve this, the institute offers distinguished training programs and issues professionally accredited certificates and diplomas by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. These programs are based on unconventional training systems under the supervision of highly qualified personnel and of high educational quality. They are evaluated according to internationally recognized scientific and methodological assessment methods.
